Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative position is to represent the company by showcasing and selling our Managed IT Services and products. The primary focus of the Outside Sales Representative is to work with prospects by handling onsite appointments and providing demonstrations.
The representative must have extensive knowledge on Managed Services Sales, Cloud Services Sales, Hardware as a Service (HaaS), Software as a Service (Saas), HelpDesk Sales, Server and Desktop Management Sales.
Based in Doral, FL., Michell Consulting Group is a leading IT services provider and we are hiring! Do you have a background selling Managed Services? Then this one might be for you. Have you sold services in this environment including Server and Desktop Management, Cloud Computing and/or Helpdesk? Have you used ConnectWise, LabTech and Quosal. Then we really want to talk to you.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 5 years of selling Managed Services
- Build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales quotas by actively prospecting sales opportunities within your territory.
- Maintain a high level of activity by cold calling and running appointments
- Initiate contact with inbound prospects that have been generated by the Marketing Team
- Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands
- Conduct onsite or online presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to prospects
- Work with management to develop proposals, quotes and respond to RFP/RFI documents
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations
- Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
- Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures
- Enterprise and Commercial/Large Account experience
- Become a subject matter expert: Acquire ongoing industry intelligence by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizing internal resources
Compensation is base during training-then draw against commission. Compensation if meeting quota is 40-200k total.. This includes a base salary, plus commissions. Benefits include medical and 2 weeks vacation.

Duties
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer\\\'s needs
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs
- Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
- Enter all work as activities or service tickets into ConnectWise
