Based in Doral, FL., Michell Consulting Group is a leading Infor Distribution SX.e, Infor Distribution FACTS and a Top 10 Gold SAP Business One software reseller with consulting and support services. Due to our consistent growth, Michell Consulting Group is expanding its Miami practice and looking for candidates with vast experience in Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution sales experience.

Do you have a background selling B2B ERP Software? Then this one might be for you. Have you a successfully sold Infor Distribution SX.e, Infor Distribution FACTS or SAP Business One. Then we really want to talk to you.

The Outside Sales Representative position responsibility is to represent the company by showcasing and selling our ERP Solutions. The primary focus of the Outside Sales Representative is to hunt for prospects by handling onsite appointments and providing demonstrations.

The representative must have extensive knowledge on ERP, Cloud Services Sales, Software as a Service SaaS), Professional Services and Customer Development Sales.

Key Position Requirements: 

  • Motivated, Self-Starter and work well independently is a must
  • Candidate must have proven sales track record in SMB Distribution markets
  • Must have consistently met or exceed assigned quotas for the past three years
  • Have the ability to manage long sales cycles and prepare complex proposals with multiple hardware, software and services options
  • Must be fluent in the process of solution selling
  • Must have experience in providing sales leadership and developing sales strategies for closing major opportunities
  • Must be able to represent proposed solutions and do product demonstration to senior management and C-level
  • Must have excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Develop and implement strategies to create new business revenue
  • Identify markets, manage territories, proven cold call tenacity to qualify and develop prospects
  • Applicant must reside in the Miami or Ft. Lauderdale area 


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of uccessful direct sales experience
  • Strong technology background and understanding of the industries mentioned above
  • Bachelor′s degree or better
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus 


Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position will pay a base salary range of $40,000+ a year plus commission. Total compensation may exceed $120,000.00+ at quota. Benefit package includes; health and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, etc. Details are to be determined and are negotiable based on qualifications.

Duties

Aditional Duties and Requirements:

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to client needs
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
  • Enter all work as activities or service tickets into ConnectWise
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
