Hello, my name is Ricardo Michell, founder of Michell Consulting Group. My journey began in 1999 when I chose to pursue my dreams of having my own company. MCG began strongly, however, reached a pivotal turning point for the better when we decided to offer ERP solutions to our clients, teaming up with worldclass publishers such as Infor and SAP, in order to accomplish this newfound goal. In 2009, to keep the diversification of the company flowing, we became a premier Managed Services Provider. My desire for a successful partnership with our clients continues to be my number one ambition to this day. Nevertheless, when I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. |

Hello, my name is Armando Medina and I am a Computer Systems Engineer with over 30 years of experience who provides software business solutions to our customers, as well as a Michell Consulting Group business partner. I have been in charge of Project Management, Business Consulting, and Software Implementation at MCG since 2003 and enjoy demonstrating considerable success in solution development, account management, and ERP implementation. There has never been a day that I have not looked forward to coming to work with my MCG family who work continuously to help our customers reach their goals. These past 9 years at MCG have been nothing but wonderful, and I look forward to the many more years to come. |

Hello, my name is Hugo Castro and I am a Michell Consulting Group business partner that has been working here since 2009. My position in the company is to manage customizations and technical difficulties that the customer could have and solve them. I am also a developer in different programming languages as well as various databases. In my spare time, I like to go to Miami Beach, go to the movies, or have a BBQ with my children at any park in Florida. |

I am the Senior Business Consultant at Michell, which means that I have the fun job of building on our existing client relationships and adding new ones to our Michell family. However, when I’m not at work, I enjoy traveling to new locations and spending time at the range! |

Hello my friend! My name is Dennis Ferraro. I received my undergraduate degree and my MBA from the University of Miami and have been a part of the Michell Consulting team since December 2002. My responsibilities include customer support and implementing our ERP products. I really enjoy interacting with our clients and providing value to their business through consultation. By doing so, I have been reminded of why I love working at MCG every day for the past 10 years. |

Hi! My name is Sissy Esquivel and I completed my Computer Science Bachelor Degree at FIU in 1996 and have been doing Software Developing ever since. I joined the Michell Consulting Team in 2005 and have really enjoyed every bit of it. At MCG I work with customizing the ERP software FACTS and provide any support a customer may require. However, when I’m not meeting a customer’s needs as a software developer at work, I look forward to spending time with my family and friends, watching movies, going to the beach, and playing with my four wonderful dogs. |

Hello, my name is Robert Martinez and I'm a Dad, brother and overall Tech and Social Media Junkie. I've been with the Michell Consulting Family since September 2009. I'm a Systems Engineer with a decade experience in the Telecom Industry as well as 17 years supporting mission-critical applications and services. I wear many hats but my favorites are Network Design, WAN troubleshooting and an occasional geek-talk every once in a while. I cannot see myself doing anything else and love the work I do on a daily basis, during my time off I like to spend time with my daughters and girlfriend. |

Hello, my name is Douglas Ortiz and I’ve been a part of the Michell Consulting Group team since 2003. I am a Systems Engineer and have a wide range of responsibilities in the company; such as, designing network infrastructure and domain architecture, as well as providing remote and on-site technical support to our client base. I love technology and working with computers, but most of all I am a big movie fan and Japanese Animation enthusiast! |

Hey, my name is Luis Rizo and I’ve been a part of the Michell Consulting team for over a year. My responsibilities range from gathering functional and technical requirements from customers to designing and developing add-ons to fit their needs. I enjoy working with technology, but most importantly being able to help our customers perform their jobs more efficiently, and with less stress, through customized software. However, if I had to pick a favorite part about my work it would be getting to mess with the interns on a daily basis. |

Hello, my name is Rosa Munoz and I have been working for Michell Consulting Group since November 2002. This means that for the past 10 years I have been the Primary Assistant to the President of MCG. I have really enjoyed seeing the way the company has grown over the years and the way that we as a family grow closer and closer each day. Anyone that knows me knows that I always enjoy keeping myself busy, and have a cheerful disposition, whether I am at work or at home with my beautiful family. |

Hey! My name is Elizabeth Michell and I am an intern on the Marketing team here at MCG. I spend my time writing whitepapers and uploading our webinars onto our YouTube and company site (go check these out if you haven’t already!). The past couple of months have been nothing but a privilege for me because of not only the opportunities that have been given to me, but because not everyone can say they wake up every morning knowing that they’re leaving their family at home to go to their second family at work. When I’m not working I enjoy watching movies, reading just about anything, and writing (duh). |

Hello, my name is Nicole Robles and I’ve been interning at Michell Consulting for almost a year. My responsibilities range from site optimization to social media, training videos, and blogging keeping our customers and prospects updated on all the latest news and upcoming events with MCG. I’m currently a double major in Marketing and International Relations entering my last year at FIU, I'm really excited to be a part of the development process of this company and the journey that awaits me. I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity MCG has provided me and excited to contribute to it's growth. I'm an animal enthusiast who loves the outdoors, I enjoy everything from spending time with family and friends to watching/playing sports. I'm a sucker for spontaneity, who hopes to one day travel around the world. Sky's the limit. |

Hello, my name is Christopher Coello and I am MCG's new Service Manager. I received my undergraduate degree from Barry University. I am a member of the Project Management Institute as well as a PMI member for the South Florida Chapter. I am studying for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. I have an extensive knowledge of operations management from my time working at Terremark Worldwide and Project Management working as a PM consultant. I love spending time with my family, friends, weight-lifting, and cooking. I have a passion for slow cooking (especially pork shoulders using my smoker). My wife Alexis and I just became proud parents this September to our newborn son Christopher Alberto. I am look forward to providing top quality customer service for all our clients. |

Hello, my name is Julian Villegas and I've been part of the Michell team for about 2 months now, hopefully; with many more to come. I am a Systems Engineer in charge of troubleshooting technical and system issues for our clients, either onsite or remotely. I have an AA in Computer Science and I'll be getting my Bachelors degree in Information Technology from Florida International University. I have a background in I.T. support for various management companies, which helped me develop different technical skills. I love spending quality time with my wife and two kids. In my past experience I've done sales in the Semiconductor Industry; where, I learned a lot about operations and logistics globally but mostly focused in South America, China and the U.S. At Michell Consulting I will be taking care of our current clients while also expanding our portfolio. Hello, my name is Mike Holly and I have just relocated to Miami to join Michell Consulting from Washington State (yes the weather is much warmer here). I bring with me 20 years of experience with the FACTS software application. At MCG I will be doing Software Development and supporting our existing customer base. In my off time I am a computer geek and enjoy working with computers and all the latest technology, for that matter. Work isn't a job to me, it's what I love to do. I hope to increase productivity for MCG as well as add depth with my prior knowledge and experience of FACTS software. |
