The clients which have had the most success with MCG have three broad types of concerns.
Need for rapid access to information.
These customers complain about having multiple, disparate systems, an accounting system that does not capture all the information they need for reporting, too much reliance on IT, or frequent and unfixable problems with their networks.
Adapting to business changes.
These customers tell us things like:
- They have outgrown their existing system
- They wish to expand internationally, but don't have a single system capable of managing all of their international accounting requirements
- They are having challenges dealing with the added complexity caused by new products and service lines, reorganization, acquisitions, or expanding to other countries
Complex and changing regulatory environments.
From these customers we hear that their existing system is not flexible, agile, or adaptable enough to handle these new changes.
