The Mobile Order & Inventory Management and Mobile Delivery mobile applications are built on top of the industry leading Infor™ Advanced Mobile Framework, a Packaged Mobile Application Platform that can be leveraged across all other Infor and non-Infor application offerings.

Mobile Order & Inventory Management is a fully-integrated mobile application optimized for Windows Mobile® devices that supports three (3) functional SX.enterprise field processes:

Mobile Order & Inventory Management supports both wired (e.g. cradle) and wireless synchronization, provides seamless off-line (aka store & forward) capabilities, and works hand-inhand with the Advanced Mobile Command Center for robust centralized Mobile Device Management.

Mobile Delivery supports both wired (e.g. cradle) and wireless synchronization, provides seamless off-line (aka store & forward) capabilities, and works hand-in-hand with the Advanced Mobile Command Center for robust centralized Mobile Device Management.

The Mobile Command Center - Device Management module is a desktop Rich Client application that provides robust, intuitive and easy-to-use centralized monitoring, management, and support of remotely deployed Windows and Windows Mobile® devices.

The Mobile Command Center - Device Management module supports the following critical enterprise mobility administration features:

> Unlimited Hierarchical Device Grouping

> Device Authorization / De-authorization

> Device status monitoring

> Software provisioning to groups of devices

> Scheduled software updates and/or removal for groups and/or individual devices

> Robust searching, filtering, sorting, and grouping capabilities

The Mobile Command Center - Work Assigner module is a desktop Rich Client application that provides easy, drag-and-drop assignment, un-assignment, and re-assignment of .set files to remotely deployed devices.

Though the Advance Mobile for SX.enterprise solution can be configured to automatically assign .set files to devices, the Mobile Command Center - Work Assigner module enables a centralized administrator or manager the ability to review the status of such assignments and to manually override assignments as appropriate.

The Mobile Command Center - Work Assigner module supports the following .set file administration features:

> Assignment

> Un-assignment

> Re-assignment

> Monitoring of .set file status

The Advanced Mobile Framework - Infor's industry leading Packaged Mobile Application Platform - is an optional module that provides SX.enterprise customers with unlimited flexibility to enhance and/or extend either of the Advanced Mobile for SX.enterprise mobile applications.

The Advanced Mobile Framework includes a plug-in SDK(Software Developer Kit) for Microsoft's Visual Studio® 2008 that adds powerful MVC (aka Model-View-Controller) software pattern guidance and several new visual designers and editors, the source code to any licensed Advanced Mobile for SX.enterprise mobile applications, and a scalable SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Integration Engine that supports simultaneously integration to additional Infor product applications and non-Infor back-office systems.
