Infor announces new CFO and COO

Samuelson has replaced retiring CFO Raj Rajaji, who will remain with the company for six months to ensure a smooth transition.

Samuelson, a graduate from University of California at Berkeley, has been serving the company since 2002 as lead for Info's acquisition and integration team. He has completed more than 40 strategic acquisitions, raised more than UD$ 5 bn in financing, and helped the company grow from US$ 40 mn to nearly US$ 2 bn in annual revenue. Before joining Infor, Samuelson held equity research positions at Robertso Stephens and Bank of America Securities.

Murphy, a graduate of business and accounting from the University of Cork, Ireland and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, joined Infor in December 2010 as senior vice president of operations. As COO, her role will be expanded to include human resources and legal functions in addition to her current responsibilities. Before this, she has spent 11 years at Oracle Corporation, where she was responsible for a wide range of operational and financial functions. Prior to joining Oracle, Murphy worked for Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen.
